As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, when Doty Mechanical installs a new Carrier Furnace, Air Source Heat Pump or Air Conditioner, your equipment and installation is covered by a Carrier Corporation backed 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Carrier equipment or installation, Doty Mechanical and Carrier Corporation will make every attempt to resolve your concerns. If we fail to resolve those concerns, Doty Mechanical will come out and remove the equipment we installed and issue a refund to you.
