BIG BROTHERS, BIG SISTERS
On Thursday, April 29, 2010, some of the employees of Doty Mechanical participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kid’s Sake event. Our team of enthusiastic bowlers raised money for the Michigan Capital Region chapter and had a great time doing it.
Big Brothers Big sisters is a national youth-mentoring organization dedicated to making a measurable difference through positive relationships. These relationships have a direct and lasting impact on children, families, schools and communities across America. Children who participate in the Big Bothers Big Sisters program are less likely to skip class, less likely to begin using drugs and alcohol, and more likely to graduate from high school.
